BAKED PEARS
Pre heat oven to 350.
Slice 8 small pears, or 6 medium pears in half. Scoop out seeds. Make small slice on back of pear, so it will sit level on a baking pan (sprayed with non stick spray.)
For filling mix:
1/4 cup oats
1/2 c chopped dates
1 tablespoon chopped nuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons I can't Believe it's Not Butter Light
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Put a scoop of filling in each pear.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven.
For topping mix:
1 cup fat free Greek yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Put a spoonful of topping on each pear. Enjoy.
